My three new nudes

Lately I have gone a bit mad for nude lipsticks and just want to build a bigger collection of them.
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

♥ So these are 3 of my new favourites, first one is MUA bare I have heard a lot of people rave about this lipstick and I don't know why I didn't get it sooner because its only a pound ! So I finally got it as there is 3 for 2 on in boots and Superdrug at the moment so I just grabbed that for free. It is a lovely shade its not the longest wearing though but im looking to buy the MUA lip primer so I may try that underneath it.

♥ The next one is fig leaf from natural collection possibly one of my best lipsticks its such a lovely shade its nude but quite a dark nude with purple undertones to it I cant stop wearing it and it lasts for quite sometime for the price of £1.99.

♥ The last one is 11 nude love by essence, essence can be really hard to get hold off but I buy mine from a shop in the uk called wilko. This lipstick is lovely it feels really expensive on the lips when really its only £2.30 amazing! They have such a wide range of shades and I will be going back for more.

L'Oreal infallible 24hour fondation

                A must have foundation !

♥So this is the loreal infallible and its my 3rd bottle ! As you can tell I love this foundation its in my top 3 my main reason I love it so much is because of the colour it gives me the best match as I wear fake tan always I need a foundation to match my tan on my neck and most just make me look orange but this just gives me a natural tan to my face.

♥For it being a 24hour I wouldn't agree with that but it does last me about 7 hours I would say maybe longer but its not that bad that I have to re do my whole makeup.

♥The coverage is quite full but can defiantly be built up it gives a lovely base and blends lovely with concealer.

♥Its £9.99 in boots and they always have deals on like 2 products for £15 pounds or 3 for 2 so always look out for that !

♥Overall I love this foundation its a brilliant on from the drugstore if you cant afford the higher end ones , they also have just brought out the infaliable matte foundation I have not yet to try it because I don't normally go for matte foundations but if that's what you like then give that one a go that one is slightly cheaper pricing at £7.99.

♥Thanks for reading give me suggestions on posts you would like to see in the comments :)x

Thinking of getting acrylic nails...

♥ So I am a big fan off acrylic nails! There seems to be 2 types of opinion on these some people love them and others think they are fake and tacky.

♥ I have been getting acrylic nails on and off for about 5 years. I like to get a full set done and get infill's about 5 times in a row then take them all off to let my real nails breathe and go back to normal as when the acrylics come off your nails underneath are quite flaky and weak where they smooth them down with a file for the acrylic to sit better and that's why some people don't like them because they don't think it is good for your nails.

♥ I personally bite my nails when i don't have acrylics on so they look sore and just not very nice so i have acrylics on so my nails look nice as  i work in a job where people will probably notice my nails all the time.

♥ I think if acrylics was so bad for your nails there would be more warnings about it and they would be banned if they was SO bad for your nails as some people make out.

♥ If you are thinking about getting them done for the first time I would personally go for it and if you don't like them have them soaked off your nails will repair it just takes time.

Date night ideas ♥ ♥ ♥

So this is a very different post for me on my blog, but after me and my partner where thinking of different ideas to go for a date night I thought I would share some ideas with you, as after being in a relationship for a long while you don't want to keep going/doing the same place and things.

So date nights can be quite expensive so I thought I would share a few that I do that are slightly cheaper when you are waiting on that pay day...

♥ Movie night in and order a pizza - So go on Netflix or pick a dvd you both like get the duvet out and order a pizza me and my partner normally do a half and half pizza so we don't have to fight over what pizza to get haha, we use just eat app and there are loads of great places to order from and we normally only spend 10 pound.

♥Cooking each other dinner - When I say each other I mean him cook me dinner as I cant cook woops, but cooking dinner for each other as a surprise is always a nice idea and you can budget it but still have a nice meal, you could do a 3 course meal to make it last longer.

♥Drinks and nibbles - So as I cant cook I  normally do drink and nibbles , we sometimes invite other people over or just us on a Saturday night with good TV. I love doing a cheese board with crisps and wedges and dips ! easy peasy.

♥Walks - So one for the summer really but I love going down to the seafront for a walk along the sea wall and getting a ice cream or a hot doughnut.

So as much as I love staying it and saving some money I love getting ready to go out for a evening ...

♥Dinner - So the typical date night is dinner but trying out new places can always make it different.

♥Cinema - So going to the cinema to see a new film you both love can be fun and can be a change for just watching films at home and cinema pop corn is the best!

♥Bowling  - I LOVE going bowling me and my partner are always in competition and going bowling always ends in laughs, there is always normally arcades in the bowling places so I always love going there after and playing air hockey and on the 2p machines.

♥Clubbing - So if you are still into clubbing its a great night out, I love getting done up for it its just a great way to have fun.

♥Concerts - Iv always love concerts it can be very expensive for tickets and travel but it is one of my best nights out and it you both have artist you both like it can be such a great night!!

I hope you find this helpful if you have any other ideas or things you do please do let me know.

Review: Garnier moisture match

As the colder weather is coming I wanted to get some new moisturisers for dry skin as my skin gets very dry when it gets colder, and this catch my attention because it said dry to very dry skin!
I have tried it only two times and I don't think I will be using it again!
So I took my makeup off as usual and did my skin care and went to apply this my first thought was the smell it smelt like perfume? Anyways so I carried on applying it I did like the texture of the cream it did feel like a good cream for dry skin, seconds after applying it my skin was burning I have never had this before with any other moisturiser , I instantly took It off and had to put cooling cream on my face.
I have tried it once again since and it happened again so I wont be using it anymore witch is a shame. I think it may be a ingredient in it that my skin doesn't agree with as the smell of it smelt very different to other ones I have tried.
If you have any good recommendations on creams for dry skin let me know.

My top 5 concelers

A - Collection illuminating touch - £4.99
Out of the 5 this is defiantly my favoutire it gives amazing coverage and brightens my under eyes at the same time its a 2 in 1 for me as I would have used two concelers before, I have only recently brought this but this Is definatly going to be a holy grail product of mine.

B - Soap and glory kiss ass brighten and blur - £6.00
So everyone seems to go for the kiss ass concealer in the pot so I decided to give the other one ago its in a crayon type form its very yellow toned to so its great for illuminating but it doesn't give enough coverage for me so I normal have to conceal with a fuller coverage concealer and then use this over the top.

C- Mac pro long wear - £17.50
I think every makeup fan has this concealer its just a great all round concealer I have It in many shades ones for under my eyes and some for covering imperfections. The only thing I don't like about this is that its comes in a pump form It can sometimes give me more product than what I wanted but other than that its defiantly worth the money.

D- Garnier tinted eye roll on - around £7.00
So this is brilliant for when you have tired eyes it really wakes your eyes up it doesn't give much coverage but I love this for when im being lazy with my makeup.

E - Collection lasting perfection - £4.19
Everyone raves about this concealer all though its in my top 5 its defiantly my least favourite out of the 5, its really good for coverage but for me it doesn't seem to last very well on my skin so I love this concealer but only for when I know im going to be wearing make up for  a few hours.

Please let me know what your favourite concealers are I am dying to try the urban decay naked skin and Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer what I will try out soon and let you know how it goes.

Rimmel apocalips

Lip lacquer seem to be very popular at the moment, so I decided to buy two from rimmel one is a nude shade in the colour nude eclipse and the other is in the shade celestial.

They are amazing im not the biggest fan of the colours but they have amazing formulas they are so pigmented and you only need one layer over your lips for it to look amazing, they feel so creamy on the lips and I am definably going to be buying some more!!

Makeup shopping

So today I went shopping and had a bit of a makeup splurge...

I got 2 items from the new look makeup range because I haven't tried any off there products yet I got a eye shadow in the shade biscuit and a pressed powder in shade honey but im going to be using it as a bronzer.

Then I got a glitter nail varnish from loreal I love this to but over my acrylic nails when I get a bit bored of a plain colour on them and this is by far the best glitter nail varnish I have tried.

I decided to try a bb cream I went with a rimmel one as I love there foundations and primers!

Obviously I had to buy a foundation as its one of my best things in makeup so I decided to go for the urban decay naked foundation it has the prettiest bottle and I cant wait to give it a go!

I have never tried a gel eye liner and whilst waiting in the long ques in Primark they had some gel eyeliners at the side so I put one in my basket to set what it is like im not expecting much from a Primark product but you never know.

My last thing is the mac compact where you can make your own palette up I only got the palette in the end as the 2 eye shadows I had picked up were both out of stock so I thought I would try again another day but for the mean time I will be de potting my other mac eye shadows.

MUA £1 Lipsticks!

I have a very small collection of the mua lipsticks as i have a mixed opinion on them, you can purchase them from Superdrug  for a pound I only have 3 so far 2 very bold reds and a nude colour.

I tend to go for the nude colour more often but I am not a fan of this lipstick it does not apply very well it tends to be quite patchy and will make it look like I have dry lips and it doesn't last very long at all, the only thing I like about it is the colour so I will have to find a better dupe of it.

I then have a dark cherry red colour and a very bright red I use the darker shade more as it goes with my skin tone better, I do actually quite like the reds they are quite pigmented and last for quite a reasonably long time they can tend to make my lips feel a bit dry after a while of being on but for a pound I don't think they are to bad. They do 2 lip liners from the brand that go really well with the lipsticks because you have to apply a lip liner before a lipstick with such a bold colour.

I think I will try out a few more of these lipsticks because some are really good and for a pound I wont be breaking the bank if they are not any good!

September favourites

So I have still been using my loreal infaliable fondation I can't find another fondation that matches my skin so well! I have also been staying faith full to my loreal bronzer I love it for glowing up the skin. Two new products for me have been the Nivea post shaving balm that I use for a primer there are many tutorials on YouTube about this product if you don't believe me that it's an amazing primer this is a mini size one that I knicked of my boyfriend in a mini grooming set he had but you can buy a larger one for around 5 pound! My other product is the Rimmel wake me up liquid highlighter what I have been loving for my check bones!

I have been loving doing a smokey eye this month and I have been loving these eyeshadows for it that are star gazer- champagne Mua- champagne Mac - rice paper and krylon black lose eyeshadow. I finish the look of with the there real push up gel eyeliner what I have recently got and love !

I have been sticking to two lip products this month what is the primark lipstick in whisper that I love and did a whole blog post on it and the kiko lip gloss pencil in 10 that is a really different lip product but is really good I will be buying lots more !

I WENT TO DISNEY !

So I haven't posted in a week because I went to Disney land Paris !

What an amazing magical place it is, if you like Disney you have to go, the rides there are out of this world I particularly loved the ride space mountain 2 , ratatouille and rock n roll. Everything there Is so magical with different characters walking about the park, Disney music playing and all the beautiful  shops.

They have lovely restaurant's there I went to mickeys café where the characters are in the restaurant and you can have photos and they sit at the table with you and I ate In annette's diner what was a American style restaurant and if you go you have to have the chocolate milkshake its AMAZING!

So a bit of a different style of post to my blog but I wanted to share some photos with you from this amazing experience back to normal beauty post later this week :)

Mua £1 eye shadows

So in my eye shadow collection I have these mua eye shadows that are only a POUND!

If you are looking for some amazing pigmented eye shadows give these a go! These 4 are my favourites they are very creamy, pigmented and easy to blend with and I use 2 of them as highlighters.

They are great for only a pound the only down side is they don't have amazing staying power but they would last for an evening out or with a good eye primer underneath they would last threw the day but the colour just tends to fade a bit.

**************************************************
I use the shades champagne and shade 2 pearl as hightlighters also for under the brow bone and on my cheek bones it looks lovely.

The shade 9 pearl is a beautiful colour it is a vibrant purple but with blue undertones I love it! It is a hard colour to work on people with as its so vibrant but I just needed it in my collection because its so pretty!

My last one is shade 20 matt a really pigmented pure black colour what I love to smoke out under my eyes !

Wednesday 9 September 2015

Morning skin care routine

So I start my morning skin care with my simple facial wash I did a whole blog post before on this product so check that out if you want to know about this product, (http://alwaysbeautyforever.blogspot.co.uk/2015/08/best-face-wash-ever.html )  I use this just to remove any dirt from my face.

I then go on to use the simple facial toner again to remove any dirt and just make my face feel fresh I love this toner and keeps my skin smooth !

After I use the trilogy sensitive skin moisturiser its a very expensive product but defiantly worth it! My skin feels smooth and hydrated after using this and creates a lovely base for my makeup a good moisturiser before applying makeup always makes a big difference.

I am moistly always tired in the morning my eyes always feel heavy so a good eye cream is always in need for me. I use the balance me wonder eye cream and I have been using it for quite some time now they have new packaging now though. £20 pound may be a bit to much for a eye cream but I could not live with out this product now. It just makes me feel so awake in seconds and no puffiness. you have to try this product to believe me when I say how amazing it is!

The last thing I will do before I put all my makeup on is moisturise my lips ready for lip stick. I have been using the body shop lip oil roll on. Its not like a normal balm for your lips its an oil and it has a mint sent/flavour to it, it makes me feel fresh and makes my lips smooth so my lipstick goes on nicely. Its just something different than the normal lip balm.

Tell me what products you use in the morning to make you feel awake and ready for the day :)

Saturday 5 September 2015

First impreshions on the collection eyes uncovered nude palette

So I recently picked up this palette from boots for only £3.99 ! Amazing price for a eye shadow palette and they even have offers on them at times. In the palette you get 6 shades I haven't tried them out properly yet but I have swatched them and some are better than others, as you can see in the picture the shade biscuit hardly shows up but the first two are very pigmented they feel very creamy when I swatched them I will update when I do an eye look with these shades.

The packaging is not to bad either its nothing to pretty but for the price its alright and its quite small and compacted so good for travel.

So far I am quite impressed with this for only £3.99 and they have a few other palettes in the range will be worth giving a try.

Tuesday 1 September 2015

A mini haul...

So I just popped it to town and brought a few things to try out so I thought I would share them with you :)

A -* Collection pressed powder in ivory * I decided to get this as I have gone off my rimmel stay matte powder at the moment and my friend uses this one to set her under eyes and really likes it so I thought I would give it a go!

B - * Pantene 24hr frizz fighter* I have very frizzy curly hair and I try lots off different hair serums and oils so I thought I would add this to the collection.

C - * Mac ricepaper eyeshadow* I really wanted a new under brow bone highlighter and I swatched loads in the mac store and this one has a hint of gold tones in it something different to what I have got.

D - *Revlon nearly naked foundation*- I love full coverage foundation and all off my foundations are so I felt it was time to get something a bit lighter for more chilled days.

E- * Toni and guy cleanse dry shampoo* I love dry shampoo my hair takes me forever to wash and blow dry so using this always saves me a day and I love just trying out different ones.

Revolution blushes ...

These are the revolution blushes that you can buy from Superdrug for 1 pound!, I have previously done a blog post on a eyeshadow palette from them witch I love and after using it I decided to buy some blushes to test out, I love them Im not the biggest blush fan in the world but these are really nice and really pigmented and amazing for just a pound!

-This is in the shade Love and I do LOVE it , out of the 3 this is my best blush as I prefer a more bronze looking blush than a pink toned one I use this almost everyday its my go to blush for that bronzed look on my checks that I love and compliments my skin tone well to as I fake tan my face and it looks really nice with the colour of my tan.

-This is in the shade sugar its probably my least favourite out of the 3 as you can probably tell from the photo its not been used as much as the other two its very pigmented you only need a tiny bit as it blends out nicely to. This is a bit to bold for my liking and doesn't suit me so well as the other two do but I tried on my friend who has quite pale skin and it looked lovely one her so if you have pale skin maybe give it  go just don't use to much!

-The last one is in the shade Now! Its quite pinked toned but has a lot of gold undertone simmer in it , that's what made me buy this one because it looked so pretty! I will only occasionally go for a pink toned blush but when I do its always this one! I tend to use it when I go on nights out as it looks nice when the lights hit and it pictures looks pretty and has a nice shimmer and glow to the checks.

There's about another 5 blushes in this range and can only be purchased at Superdrug for only a pound , there brilliant creamy, pigmented and have a great colour range defiantly worth a try.

Primark lipstick

So this is a primark lipstick that I picked up earlier this week I only picked up one just to test but I think I will be going back for more!

This one is in the shade whisper its a nude/taupe colour its 1:50 most of the lipsticks in there are a pound but this one is a matte long lasting lipstick so you pay more.

I love the colour of this lipstick I love nudes but this just gives a hint of colour to make the lips pop more, the packaging is quite sleek to and the writing has not seemed to rub off at all.

I put this lipstick on in the morning went to work and did a 4 hour shift looked in the mirror and it was still on! The colour had faded slightly but you could defiantly tell I was still wearing lipstick I was in general shock.

When putting it on it feels creamy and feels like an expensive lipstick I was so happy with it and I found a perfect lip liner to go with it that's from essence in the shade satin mauve and its a pound a great combo for £2:50!

Savers £1 baked eyeshadows!

These are the savers 1 pound baked eye shadows !

For those off you that are not familiar with savers they are a discounted heath and beauty store and are dotted about over the UK. They have most hair, body and beauty brands and its all much cheaper than boots and Superdrug and they do great deals.

They have there own makeup products and I have never felt that they would be any good as its so cheap but I had a look and I saw the baked eye shadows they had about 6 different ones I ended up picking up shades 5 and 7 that are natural colours .

When you first swatch there the pigmentation that comes off is amazing but it does not transfer that well needs a few layers to build it up , when using brushes to apply it does not go on so well on the brush and eyes, its better to apply with fingers and build up the colour ones its built up it does look amazing so pretty , I also use them as highlighters what I do use a brush for as I don't want it so intense for a pound they are pretty good !

-This is shade 5 its the lighter one out of the two I
have its lovely champagne colour I feel this one has a bit more pigmentation compared to the other one but I love this one as a highlighter on my check bones , in the swatch it has 2 layers on its not very intense but its enough for a highlight .

-This is shade 7 its a gold toned eye shadow and I use this all over my lids it lasts quite well just takes a while to apply but is defiantly worth it , looks lovely with brown eyes and tanned skin and can be used as a highlighter nice golden summer look.

Shade 5                                        Shade 7
